Villa Montagne & Lago is located on the hills in Villanuova sul clisi, just 15 minutes drive from the well-known town of Salò and Garda lake. Villa Lamadè is characterized by the breathtaking view over Lake Garda.



The villa is divided into 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From here you access the living area with a panoramic view of the lake and the spacious furnished terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

The villa does not have air conditioning, but this is not necessary thanks to the elevated position, as there is always a refreshing breeze.



The swimming pool is slightly lower than the villa and has a very large solarium area with sun loungers, relaxation area entirely at your disposal. Private pool is at your exclusive disposal. The villa has a private parking space on the property and a second car can be parked in the cul-de-sac opposite the villa.

Villa Montagne & Lago is perfect for those looking for a pure relaxation break.



It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Also an ideal starting point to explore the Monte Baldo massif, to visit the Isola del Garda, or to get to know cities such as Verona, Venice, Milan, Brescia and Bergamo.

Family stay in Lake Garda

Villa Montagne e Lago is a fantastic villa in a beautiful location. Stunning vues across the lake from the garden/pool area. Very clean and well equiped, would comfortably sleep 6 people. You definately need a car to be able to explore the surrounding area, 1.5 miles from nearest main road up a very steep winding road. Would definatley recommend, perfect place for a family holiday!

Es war okay, nur leider für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Teenager zu klein. In den Duschen kann man sich nicht drehen, da sie so klein und eng sind, dass es bei Frauen mit langen Haaren schwierig wird. Ansonsten wird es leider sehr warm, da man nur in einem Zimmer die Möglichkeit hat, dass Fenster abzudunkeln, bzw. vor Sonne zu schützen. Der nächste Ort ist über eine sehr kurvige Bergstraße in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zu Fuß dürfte dies recht schwierig sein. Der Pool ist ok, es gibt aber leider keine Möglichkeit diesen zu "reinigen", da nach einem Gewitter doch allerhand Blätter etc. reinfallen. Die Fernseher funktionieren ausschließlich mit einem Amazon Konto oder Joyn. Ansonsten ist das Haus niedlich und modern eingerichtet, wir würden es jedoch nicht mehr buchen, aufgrund der Lage und das es im Sommer doch sehr warm wird.

Sehr schöne Immobilie in guter Lage großzügig

Fallen hat uns die Aussicht, die Lage der Pool, die Ausstattung das eingezäunten Grundstück und der Service der Mitarbeiter von Garda, fewo Verbesserungswürdig ist ist die Angabe, dass für sechs Erwachsene das Haus ungeeignet ist. Eher für vier Erwachsene plus maximal zwei Kinder Kinder. Eine Wand in einem Schlafzimmer ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Augenscheinlich war sie mal nass. Kleine Reparaturarbeiten müssen vorgenommen werden. Alles in allem aber eine wunderschöne Immobilie mit tollem Ausblick.

Magnifique villa avec vue imprenable sur le lac

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa moderne et bien agencée. Check in en autonomie, villa et piscine très propre, petit cadeau de bienvenue (huile d'olive) très apprécié. Vue splendide sur le lac. Voiture indispensable, la villa étant située sur les hauteurs à Mezzane. Je recommande cette villa. Des rideaux occultant auraient été nécessaires dans les 2 chambres du bas pour ne pas être réveillés par la lumière du jour le matin.
