Casa delle Liggie - Relax e Sport
Suitable for relaxing near the sea, even in periods other than summer, with friends or family, with the tranquility of an independent house and adequate spaces for everyone. You can work remotely and you can do it on a magnificent terrace or in a study area at home. If you are a cyclist or motorcyclist you will have a spacious garage at your disposal where you can safely store your vehicles.
The independent apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family villa located on the hills of Loano, 2.5 km from the sea. It can accommodate up to 6/7 people and consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchenette. It is equipped with every comfort and if you want to work, a study area with wi-fi is available. Two parking spaces are available, a garage for storing any bicycles and a garden area for walking the dog
