Welcome to our brand new, modern, semi-detached villa featuring a large pool and garden area. This stunning property was built in 2022, and all its facilities are brand new, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay for our guests. The house is bright and furnished to a very high standard with a contemporary touch throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area, creating a welcoming space for socializing and relaxation. The first floor comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom offering access to a separate balcony that overlooks the beautiful garden and pool area. In the basement, there are two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, providing ample space for larger groups.
The villa is part of a complex with a massive communal pool, measuring 20 meters in length, and is surrounded by a large garden area, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying outdoor activities. The private terrace offers an outdoor dining area and a comfortable lounge, ideal for al fresco meals and relaxation. For sunbathing, we provide eight sun loungers for our guests' convenience.
Inside the private gate at the house, there is parking space for two cars, ensuring ease of access and security. The location of the villa is peaceful and family-friendly, making it an excellent choice for one or two families seeking a high standard of accommodation. For added security, an alarm system is installed in the property.
We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why we offer optical fiber wifi, ensuring fast and reliable internet for work or leisure. A smart TV is also available, providing access to streaming services like Netflix and similar channels for your entertainment.
The surrounding area is rich in amenities and activities. The beach is just a short 10-minute walk away, approximately 900 meters, and the popular La Resina Golf with its great 9-hole course is also within easy reach. For families, the nearby Selwo Aventura (ZOO) offers a fun and exciting day out.
