The street was named after Anne of Austria, the Queen and wife of Louis XIII, who was the mother of Louis XIV. It is a historic thoroughfare where the echoes of the past blend seamlessly with the vibrant pulse of modern life. The apartment is located just a few steps away from The Louvre Museum and The Opera.

- 3 Bathrooms with shower ( 1 WC is included in one bathroom)

The apartment is comfortable for 8 people.
The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Master lock next to the apartment door.
- The door to your apartment is on the third floor
- We will send you the code of the Masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home. This vibrant district surrounding our apartment is a captivating microcosm of Parisian life, where history, culture, and modernity converge.
The neighborhood's true magic unfolds through its culinary scene. Rue Sainte-Anne itself is renowned as the city's "Little Tokyo." Authentic Japanese restaurants line the street.
Art galleries, boutiques, and cultural landmarks are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is very safe with The Louvre Museum, The Palais Royal and the Opera Garnier only few hundred meters away.
Getting Around:

- Station Pyramides : 4 minutes : Line 7 & 14
-Station Quatre Septembre : 4 minutes : Line 3
-Station Opera : 8 minutes : Line 7, 8 & 3
-Station Auber: 11 minutes : RER A
50 minutes by Taxi to CDG & to Orly Airport
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment
In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
