Location, location, location!

Perfect location in the heart of a wonderful neighborhood. Lots of great cafes and shopping. Easy walking to Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay, etc. Easy access to Metro. Location could not have been better and made for a fantastic stay in Paris. Space was perfect for our group of 11 (we took both properties).

This property was amazing. The location was ideal— close to the Metro and numerous very appealing shops and restaurants of all kinds,. There were restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, a fruit market, grocery store, wine store, toy store, fromageries and boutiques, While I did not meet him, the owner Mo truly outfitted both the bigger apartment, Sparissimo and the smaller one, Paris Live as if he himself were the guest . Both places were very clean, extremely well stocked with both the essentials and many comforts that made our recent 5 night family stay here absolutely fabulous. Our family from Michigan, USA is composed of myself, my husband and our 4 grown children, 3 with their spouses, and one with her French fiancé, as well as our 3 grandchildren ages 3-10. We were all here for our daughter’s wedding. We moved to the wedding venue, LeGrand for the wedding but this very large two unit VRBO welcomed us all and gave everyone comfortable bedrooms and well stocked bathrooms and a beautiful large inviting common area. The lower level hot tub, steam room and sauna were enjoyed by everyone. Having a key fob for every single person was a huge perk, and the fobs were labeled and organized hanging on corresponding numbered hooks. Absolutely incredible organization and thoughtfulness,, I did not have a single issue. Lucie, the manager answered lol my questions through email before we came to Paris. She was professional, prompt and helpful. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Very nice with a couple of very minor issues

This property was in generally great condition and Michael and his team were great in all aspects of the stay. We didn't use all of the many amenities, but most were fine. The hot tub did seem to have a few jets not working (but that could have been our error), and the clothes dryer wasn't quite up to American standards so we ended up packing damp clothes (but again, this could have been our error as well). We would stay here again if our entire group was coming once again.

The trip was FANTASTIC!!! Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartments were wonderful, Lucie and Mo took great care of us, and the neighborhood could not have been better, from neat shops to good restaurants aplenty, to the Krispy Kreme and coffee shop 30 feet from the front door The apartments were well furnished, so much so that we did not need to buy anything ourselves. From lots of dishes and silverware, to plenty of umbrellas, to plenty of key fobs, literally everything had been thought of and addressed. The hot tub was a great way to end each day, and any concerns we had (all of which were minor) were addressed immediately. There were helpful videos (with QR codes as well) at every turn, from entering the unit to operating the skylights. We had 9 adults and two kids ages 6 and 8, and the larger apartment had plenty of room for everyone to gather and visit. The little guys LOVED the loft, which may have been helped by a cleverly placed candy jar. The adults appreciated the champagne, macaroons and cream puffs as well. The smaller unit sofa bed was really comfortable, in fact the best I've ever encountered. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the units, and cannot say enough about how nice it was to have Lucie and Mo check in every day or so just to be sure everything was as it should be. An absolutely perfect stay. Many thanks for all the courtesies.

Great location, no A/C

We loved the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay. Be aware that there are two units (not connected but very close) being rented, and the one labeled as two bedrooms is one large room with a loft (no privacy for either area). When we arrived, the smaller unit was not ready - the water heater (or something) was out and a repairman was trying to fix it. They provided us with two bottles of champagne and macaroons as compensation for this. (I was told we would get some other kind of compensation but we didn't.) It was fixed by around 9:00 pm so we did get to use the unit that night. The owner was responsive and helpful. Note that there is no air conditioning in this rental! It was brutally hot and I couldn't sleep at all our last night there because of the heat. My mistake for not checking on this when I made the reservation. If you are renting in the summer, beware!

Nous sommes désolée que vous n’ayez pas bien lu la description du logement, car il est effectivement précisé que les deux appartements sont mitoyens, situés au même étage avec des entrées voisines. Je regrette sincèrement que la maintenance dans le petit appartement ait duré jusqu’à 21h. Sachez qu’entre temps, une climatisation a été installée pour le confort de nos voyageurs. Nous faisons chaque année de notre mieux pour améliorer l’expérience et satisfaire pleinement nos visiteurs.

Terrific apartment and great location.

The property was very comfortable, stylish, and clean. There was ample room for the 8 of us. You could not ask for a better location. Michaël was very helpful. He spoke perfect English and was patient with my French. Added bonuses were the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a pull-down movie screen with hundreds of DVDs. The cleaners were also very nice and helpful. We recommend highly.

The location and roominess of the apartment were terrific. Plenty of shops all around. Michäel was helpful and responsive and we would stay there in a heartbeat. It should be noted that in the apartment pictured there are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and that there is a separate studio which sleeps 4, has kitchen facilities and a bathroom, washer/dryer etc. Plus the washer/dryer in the main apartment. It was a fabulous vacation!!!

The location was awesome....so many great cafes and stores nearby.

The one issue we had was there was no AC as promised in the amenities write up. That’s one of the reasons we picked Michael’s particular place so I feel like this is a huge deficiency. I also feel there should have been a few other amenities like toilet paper, shampoo in each bathroom, etc. The price of the place warrants a few niceties.

great place for a group to stay in Paris

We were a group of 9 and we reserved both the 4 bedroom and the two bedroom. The location was perfect. Bedrooms were all nice size and nice large living room for the group to gather after a nice evening out. Michael met us early on the day we arrived and because there was no one staying the prior evening, let us check in early. Was most helpful given all of our bags. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer is always helpful. Great bakery, wine store and cheese store all within a block. Truthfully, my only complaint was that the hot tub did not work and that was a disappointment. I would highly recommend this apartment but don't expect a hot tub.

Very nice city apartment. Absolutely wonderful street full of shops, fruit markets, pharmacy, grocery, fish, chocolate, coffee, bakeries and delicious dining. Not too close to metro though, several blocks. But neighborhood has a wonderful feel. We wished we had just hung around there more. So nice! The apartment is roomy and comfy. The beds were really comfortable. But the apartment is really just 4 bedrooms and a studio with a futon. It worked for us but the studio was not really set up and no AC. But main area was spacious and comfortable. Owner was very nice.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve en famille. l'appartement est magnifique et conforme à la description. Il est situé en plein centre de Paris avec de nombreux commerces autour. Le vrai plus c'est le calme absolue de l'immeuble et des chambres. Nous avons profité du spa après les longues heures de marche dans la ville. Nous reviendrons séjourner dans cet appartement et le recommandons à tous. Merci Michael.
