The Large sofa is perfect to sit back and relax and enjoy watching the working fireplace. We enjoyed a lovely stay. Apartment was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and walkable to main attractions. Owner communications were great! We hope to visit again in the fiture.

Family of 4 stayed for two nights. Very spacious in a lovely area of London (Warwick). The owner, Sasha, is extremely responsive and accommodating. This is a walk up flat with stairs inside as well. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
The place was great and in a great location. We had an incredible time in London and this place is in a perfect spot to accommodates all tastes. The ac unit was a little tricky to figure out. There’s an exhaust tube that you have to stick outside the door for the unit to exhaust - so the french doors stay open while AC is on. Additionally the inside steps are pretty steep - so just a heads up to be careful walking down them. Ultimately, we enjoyed the place and our time there. I would recommend.
This flat in Pimlico is perfectly located with easy access to Westminster, the Thames and just blocks from the trains. Beatufully majntained, very clean and the Host was amazing. Very flexible with our eay international arrival. We WILL be back!!!
Beautiful flat in prime location. Very walkable to shops and city center. Spent hours walking the lovely city. So much gorgeous architecture that we can’t wait to come back to visit.

Beautifully-appointed flat in a well-maintained, historic building. Sasha was easy to contact and extremely patient with our many questions. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely - wish I had that at home. Overall a very nice stay and the flat was exactly what we needed.
We had not been advised on the number of steps in this apartment .. Four flights of stairs to reach bedrooms. The clothes dryer did not dry after many attempts. Unable to get light bulbs changed after advising host. The host (Sasha) was very gracious in allowing early entry after our travel from Southampton. Good location, spacious for the four of us and well located.
Sasha was very accommodating when we asked to arrive earlier than the check in time because of our early morning flight arrival. She had fresh flowers delivered while we were there and brought extra bath towels for us. The flat has everything you need.
Property was in a great location and had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with nice space to hang out when in apartment. Washing machine was useful. Great property and the host was outstanding with timely responses when we did have any questions. Would stay again. Thanks

The description doesn’t mention that to get to the apartment you have to walk two flights of stairs and another two flights to get to the bedrooms and bedrooms., but otherwise we like this apartment.
Not the stunning, designer flat as advertised. VRBO from Hell.On arrival, we had to go to some market to pick up the key. When we entered the flat, it was freezing inside, there was no heater. We contacted the Host and she sent the repair person over to fix it. I asked for extra blanket, she said they didn't provide them. She sent some guy over who unlocked the door and put a bag in the entry way. That was unnerving to know other people could just entered anytime. I also asked for additional wash clothes and she said they didn't provide them that visitors usually brought their own. The microwave and the kitchen appliances were dirty. When we went to do wash we found the machines in a closet which was filthy dirty. The rug was missing on the steps up to the door to the flat. The padding was there. No instructions were provided at all for anything in the flat for the TV, automatic blinds (which were broken), the oven, the sound system (which was broken, too), No welcome from the host or greeting present or card. No information about the area and where to find the market, restaurants, things to do, places to visit, etc.

For clarity and accuracy, the apartment has central heating controlled by a wall thermostat and is not left unheated during winter, as doing so would risk damage to the plumbing. The heating was on at arrival; however, the temperature setting was not to the guest’s personal preference.
The guest arrived prior to the agreed check-in time and shortly thereafter reported that the heating was “broken.” At the guest’s request, a handyman was arranged immediately to attend and demonstrate how to adjust the thermostat. The guest was notified in advance that he would arrive within approximately 10 minutes.
The handyman rang the entry buzzer, knocked at the apartment door, and further messages were sent advising of his arrival. His entry was expected and directly related to the assistance requested. There was no unauthorised or unexplained access to the property, and no fault with the heating system was identified.
Throughout the stay, numerous issues were raised, many of which related to unfamiliarity with standard features of UK apartments, including the location of the washer and dryer within a dedicated laundry cupboard and the operation of common household appliances. No defects were found with the blinds, oven, television, or sound system.
The guest checked in early and departed after the stated check-out time. Key collection and return instructions were provided in advance; however, the keys were not returned to the designated location as required.
Additional requests arose during the stay in circumstances where more occupants appeared to be present than stated in the booking. At check-out, the property was left in an unusually dirty condition, with evidence consistent with a New Year’s Eve gathering.
Communication during the stay was demanding in tone, and it was stated that a negative review would be left unless additional, non-advertised items or services were provided. This is not an appropriate way to resolve concerns.
Given the discrepancies between the review and the documented communications during the stay, as well as concerns regarding conduct and compliance with house rules, the matter has been referred to the platform for assessment.
The concerns raised in this review are not consistent with the experience reported by other guests at the property.
While I aim to assist guests and resolve genuine issues promptly, I regret that expectations in this instance did not align with what is clearly described and provided.
The location of this property is great. On a quiet street, close to shops, grocery, restaurants and the tube. Easy access to attractions and quite safe. We were a party of 4 adults. The flat is set up more comfortably for a family. The listing boasts of a stero system. While it's there, no instructions are provided. There is no washer/dryer as listed. Host communicated well after we reached out first.

There is a separate washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of the apartment in the laundry room which is situated behind the single door at the apartment door entrance.

This property is in a convenient location for sightseeing and it is in a nice neighborhood. The property is clean and the bedding is very comfortable.
I wish I had known 2 pieces of information prior to booking:
There is scaffolding surrounding the property, for what I have to assume is for short term building maintenance. It covers the balcony and the view. As a result, it was uncomfortable to sleep with open windows, but Sasha offered a window AC unit, since it was warm during our visit, which was appreciated.
The self check-in requires a trip to a local convenience store to pick up the keys from the cashier. It is not too far away, but we may have timed our arrival differently.

What’s under the bed
Let me give the good, the bad, and the ugly of this flat:Good: location is great! Very close to the Tube stations, about 5-7 min walk. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The flat is a great size, especially for families. The rooms are upstairs so people can sleep while others are awake.The bad: the clean up job seemed rushed. Coffee stains in the kitchen, hair in the tub, and 3 random towels that weren’t even folded.The ugly: there was a horrible mold smell in the rooms. So pungent that the 2nd night I had to text the owner. She informed me I was probably towels under the bed and someone would be by to pick them up. Someone did drop off towels but did not take what was under the bed. So my husband and I had to clean out 3 drawer full of damp, some seemingly USED towels. It was one of the grosses smells and tasks I’ve had to do. I still have the smell in my nose. The owner was very unresponsive to this, and other text I sent her. This was hugely disappointing, and I only am giving it the stars because of the location and size, there is nothing clean about this place.

Guest expected a full concierge service including waiting at the property to open doors whenever they entered or exited a room, expected daily housekeeping and to wash and iron their clothes.
Guest was upset there was a flight of stairs to enter the property not understanding 1st floor in UK is 1 floor above the ground floor.
