Corner apartment with views over the amazing Biscayne Bay. Large unit which will captivate you with its 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, open living space, floor to ceiling windows and a kitchen completely equipped with Italian cabinets, marble counter tops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances and 100Mb Wi-Fi internet. Completely remodeled by European Designer.

For your entertainment it features three TVs (in living and in each bedroom), with over 200 channels, including HBO & Showtime and music stations. For most guests really fast internet is of the utmost importance and accordingly we offer you a dedicated connection with 100Mb (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared "dirty" connection).
Master Bedroom with one king size from which you can see the amazing Biscayne Bay. En-suite bathroom with separated bath tube and shower and two washbasins. All floors in ceramic and counter tops in marble. Second bedroom with queen-size bed.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board) and vacuum cleaner.

We also include two bath robes to go to the saunas, towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner and hair blower.

Bedrooms have sheets , comforter & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

My stay at the property was wonderful. The space was clean but there are one items that need replaced or repaired. The check in process was easy and the host were quickly responsive to my questions. They also provided a wonderful property outline that included a city guide. I would stay again!

Great location

Great location in Brickell, close to City Center and the Metromover. Free tram stop is just next door, making travel to museums or Wynwood very easy. Incredible pool. Next door behind the Presbyterian church there is a food truck area with many selections and covered outdoor dining. Whole Foods and Publix are only a few blocks away, too.

Apartment was exactly as described. Sylvia very easy to deal with. They made our stay very nice. Hotel is great pool area is great. Valet is horrible. Rent a local spot or don't bring your car. We will be back..

Good spot

The residence was at a good spot. It was clean and we did have a nice view. It was a little hard to check in as someone needed to come get us but we didn't know who it was and at what time exactly. Overall it was still a nice staying.

I would not stay here

Do not believe the pictures - this is a pretty beat up unit and is not as represented. Things to know: Half the elevators are out of commission; Wish I could post pics of the peeling wood on the doors -heavily repainted walls and floorboards - this has more of a dorm feel; dumb things like coffee maker popping the breaker any time you tried to use and a shrug by the manager. Just low class at a high class price.

Gorgeous condo in prime location

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend very much. 5 adults stayed comfortable in this 2br/2ba location! The balconies allowed us to relax in the evening and overlook the city and the water. The location was unbeatable. We were walking distance to all the major attractions. Check in and check out was easy enough. Everything we could have needed or wanted was provided for us in the condo. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a great place to spa. Oh, and the SPA..... worth every penny. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!!

Was a great property has an amazing pool check in didn’t go as smooth as I would have liked. But she was doing everything she could to help. One of the bedroom has an ant problem and the air went out that was quickly fixed. Overall has a very nice time

Had a fun time overall

I rated 4 stars because the property was beautiful. Looks exactly like the pictures, colorful, roomy, & amazing views. However we had trouble with the toilets & maintenance could not fix it until the next day so the toilet was backed up for our first day. The outlet didn’t work in one of the bathrooms & the pool was closed most of our stay due to the weather. Other than those technical/natural issues. Our stay was good. Maria was awesome.

Nice unit, nice manager, answered our request for extra towels because the 2 nd bathroom doesn’t work. Maintenance was there trying to fix it when we arrived. We spent the whole 3 nights without the 2 nd bathroom they advertise without any compensation

Fantastic Stay. Just wow

I must admit i was a bit nervous when i booked this, but my fears were very quicky washed away. The booking process is streamlined and the on site meeting with the property manager was perfect and couldnt do more to assist. The property itself was clean spacious and the view was excellent, i found myself dreaming as i looked out the panaromic view, property was as listed. A nice welcome giftt was received and not expected. Location, short walk to the bayside restaurants and a cheap uber to ocean drive. The W facilities inuding spa and pool are awesome and the staff cant do e ough for you. Overal the experiance, support and property is 10+ Tip. Bool with these guys the are sublimely professional and the property is as good as the photos

Great location but building not meant for rentals

Love the place and the owners are super accessible. The issue I took with property is the building is essentially the residential side of the W, beautiful and all but staff there treats you a bit like you are unwanted. We couldn’t access the gym because they refused to print out passes after 5:30, we arrived at 6. My feeling is this place shouldn’t really be available for VRBO as the workers there are not interested in being helpful. That said location and property are both awesome.

Only problem was parking. Used B O A and parked in the incorrect portion of the parking building. Car was towed to impound lot. Told by B O A representative that this has happened previously with W guest. Probably need better / clearer instructions. Didn't see signage in parking building.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.
