The property is in a great location in Nice if you want to be in the City of Nice. It is right near the port, and you have views of the port and the water out the main windows of the property. The property is as described. The only problem with the property is that the power went out in the property on the last night, and the owner did not respond to requests to deal with it, and VRBO also was not helpful. This mean on the last night and morning we had no lights and no hot water.

Great place. Superb location on the very quayside. Supermarkets and bakery a short walk away (5 mins). No hassle. Good.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is well appointed and spacious. There are plenty of towels, pillows and even top sheets and large beds. The flat is walking distance to everything but out of the most populated tourist areas so it feels authentic. The host is also very responsive, kind and helpful. The pictures are beautiful however they do not capture that the flat is on a loud and busy street which separates the flat from the harbor which is shown in the photos. I recommend packing fans and ear plugs so you can close the windows at night to temper the vehicle and pedestrian street noise which goes into the early morning.
