Villa with an exceptional view of the sea and the bay of Agay

This 120m2 villa located on a wooded and partly enclosed plot of 1000 m2 offers a private infinity pool (possibility of heating the water in May / June and September / October depending on outside temperatures). The view is exceptional on the sea and the bay of Agay. Consisting of a living room, with sofa bed, open onto a dining room with a farm table. This villa has 3 bedrooms with sea views. Air conditioning is installed in the rooms. It has an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave) and 2 bathrooms as well as a separate toilet and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces, one sunny or the other more shaded. Garden furniture and an electric plancha await you. The garden, located at the back, offers you shade for a nap or the possibility of a game of pétanques or table tennis.
Parking for 1 to 2 cars. Located in a dead end, there is no problem of traffic, noise or parking.
An email or telephone exchange is appreciated.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
A contact person is there to welcome you and answer your questions.
Reservation conditions:
- Deposit of 1000 euros to be returned on site upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
- House dedicated to family stays. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events out of respect for the neighborhood and property.

Endless sea views

Fabulous seaside stay in a very comfortable, instantly relaxing home with lovely decor. Most time will be spent on the deck with the amazing views and sublime pool. Close to Cannes yet so peaceful and relaxing. Many fabulous amenities close by yet also convenient to explore further afield.

A wonderful destination with incredible views that will blow you away. The Villa is charming, very well stocked and extremely comfortable. Agay is such a lovely town with fabulous dining options. The location allows you to take side trips and explore so many incredible towns. We had a blast and will return. Extremely easy check in check out process.

Best view ever!

We really had an amazing stay of 3 weeks in this magical spot. The view was even better than in the pictures as it is so wide it´s even hard to capture it with camera. We really enjoyed the recently renovated pool area that felt very modern & fresh with great taste in furniture and layout. The house is perfectly fitted for two families with separate bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is not big but has all things needed to make a nice meal. On the backyard a great BBQ and also a pingpong table that we used a lot. We where very well taken care of both by owner of the house & by the host at site, Serge, who was very service minded and kind. The closeness to the cozy square with it´s 2 restaurants, fish shop, boulangerie and small grocery store was an extra bonus. And the tennis courts next to that was great a great start to the day. The city of Agay is small yet cozy and calm, perfect for people who want to get away from the intensity of for example St Tropez or Nice (but still very close for day trips). I can nothing but highly recommend this place. Anyone staying will surely enjoy a different sunset every day and looking at the stars (or sometimes firework) filling the sky at night. The perfect getaway. Thank you Detimmerman family & Monsieur Serge for a lovely stay! See you next year. Anna with family & friends

Geen enkele foto kan het uitzicht vanop het terras van dit vakantiehuis perfect weergeven. Het is van ongekende schoonheid en moet ter plaatse ervaren worden. We keken onze ogen uit van bij aankomst tot ons vertrek. Moeilijk om er afscheid van te nemen. De tuin, terrassen en zwembad zijn perfect. De charme van het huis zelf zit in zijn authenticiteit, met smaak gerenoveerd. Een lieve dame zorgt dat het telkens weer perfect gepoetst afgeleverd wordt.We hadden een heerlijke vakantie.

Paradise!

We had an amazing stay in Agay! We took full advantage of the infinity pool, which is amazing. The view is breathtaking! The house is well equipped with everything one needs. It's hard not to have a good time here! The only problem was the construction being done at the house next door and the noise from various machines was a bit much at times. But that is just temporary and will very likely not be the case in a few weeks/months time. We are definitely coming back!

Wunderbarer Pool mit schöner Terasse und Traumaussicht auf die Bucht. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer, und beim Bäcker. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Für uns war es perfekt! Danke Florence
