WOW! Lake View AND Lake Access in a newly renovated beautiful home

This newly renovated house on Center Hill Lake has 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably (12 using the memory-foam pull-out). Most houses on Center Hill Lake you need to choose between a view of the lake and access to the lake. Here you have a great view and you are only steps from the lake for swimming or the boat ramp. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) with a 5-burner stove and large granite island - great for entertaining. The gorgeous kitchen table is made from reclaimed barnwood threshing floor and easily seats 10 adults. You'll love the amazing lake view from the large front deck, which you can enjoy from the rockers, large swing bed (with memory foam mattress) or picnic table.

There are two large 55" Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, and good Wifi throughout the house.

The master bedroom has a new king bed and master bath with a sliding glass door entrance to the deck.

The second upstairs bedroom has a new queen memory foam mattress with a door to the second upstairs bath.

There is another queen memory-foam pull-out from the upstairs couch, so squeeze in another two if you want!

The entire downstairs is completely new and sports a game room with foosball, a card table, and skeeball. One wall is covered in reclaimed barnwood and there is a large sectional with two recliners. The downstairs bedroom has two bunkbeds; one has a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top and the other has a queen on bottom and twin XL on top. The bunkbeds are hand crafted from reclaimed barnwood. The downstairs bath has a vanity also hand crafted from reclaimed barnwood and a full tub/shower.

You will have access to a no-fee boat ramp (ramp is unpaved) only a few hundred feet away and the property is very boat friendly - there is ample parking and the driveway runs completely around the house so don't worry about tight maneuvering!

There is a high-quality park-style charcoal grill for amazing grilling.

You will love our house and you cannot beat the location; great views from a secluded retreat in the woods. It will be impossible not to relax here.

Jason was a very nice host. The house had room for all 9 of us and the kids loved the game room. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and the covered patio was our favorite place. We were even there for the northern lights! We will be returning in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Weekend celebration

Had an excellent weekend celebrating the new year with friends. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We’ve stayed here before with family and decided to bring our friends to check it out again. 10/10 will be staying here again.

Overall great property. Very clean and host was very responsive. Close to lake too and we were able to put our boat in right down the road. Some of the neighbors were really loud and we wish the houses were not right behind our rental. When we sat on the porch on the bed swing we were looking straight into a neighbors back porch and heard everything they said. Some dogs were really loud too. We wish it was more secluded and didn’t see that it wasn’t in the photos. Overall good though. Great stocked kitchen and nice bedrooms.

Great location, beautiful home, very clean, awesome communication from the host. They were helpful and accommodating. The downstairs is full of games like table tennis, pool, ski-ball and plenty of board games and such. The kids in our group never once said they were bored. It was a Thanksgiving miracle! There are so many extras as well, several types of hot chocolate/coffee makers, plenty of pots and pans, we even made soda slushees with the ice cream machine! They really thought of everything. I HIGHLY recommend this host. Thanks to Jason, we had a great holiday with family and could enjoy relaxing time together as adults while the kids were entertained. Before we’d even left, our 11 year old made me promise we’d book them again next year! Thanks for a great stay and truly wonderful views, Jason. A

Lake house at Minelick Creek

We loved staying here. The house was roomy enough for everyone. The kids and adults loved the basement with all the games. The porch view is great. The worm that come in downstairs are annoying but that can’t be helped being at the lake. Kitchen was well supplied. Jason was a great host. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Definitely Recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Jason’s vacation home. He was a responsive host and super helpful. The house is huge and we had plenty of space for 3 families. It was so nice for each family to have our own bathroom. We used the community boat ramp every day and there was plenty of parking area for us to park at the house. The lake is amazing, 5 days and I don’t think we even explored it all!

Perfect off the grid getaway!

These guys should be rated super hosts. Jason is the best host! Neighbors are super friendly and down to earth. Amazing views of the lake from the porch. Great downstairs game room for the kids with their own fridge and bath. Pro tips: go on the 4th and be a part of the neighborhood firework show! And bring your boat! 300 yards to water/boat drop, room to park it on property…Golfers? Play Honky Tonk National - amazing course and a great hidden gem about 30mins away (bring a bunch a balls to lose in the ravines! ;))

Cozy & quiet

House was cozy & well stocked didn’t find us needing anything. Very surprised by the mattresses - typically that’s my biggest complaint whether it’s a house rental or hotel but the mattresses were VERY comfortable (usually my back is screaming by the time it’s time to go home!) only negative thing I can say is that the main bathroom knob doesn’t latch let alone lock - slight brush would push the door wide open - but there were two other bathrooms that did latch & lock so it wasn’t a real issue. Would recommend & use again. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Lake trip

We were surprised to see all the houses/trailers surrounding the property...It was ok but the pictures advertising property didn't really show any of that. it was nice and quiet though, except for the cute dog who barked at us, but it was not everyday. The owners were great about everything, they made sure we had everything we needed, and the home was beautiful. I would love to go back on a spring day with my family because they didn't get to enjoy the lake at all. The day we spent at Burgess Falls was the best day. Other than that, I have no complaints. The trip wasn't as enjoyable because we didn't plan well...nothing to do with the owners or property itself.

Exactly what we were expecting!

Great quiet, relaxing experience. We had a wonderful time swimming, kayaking, and of course fishing. Teens and kids (and possibly a few adults ;) had a wonderful time with the gaming room and T.V.s. Just be prepared this is a very quiet area and be sure to pick up groceries (which we did) when traveling in.

Beautiful

This place is as shown in the pictures. The house itself was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all you need to have home cooked meals. We loved the lake! We put our boat in at Cookville Marina and kept it there for a few days. We then drove it by water to the neighborhood boat ramp. The neighborhood boat ramp has some big rutts in it which could use some maintenance. Other than that it was a very convenient to have the boat right there when you wanted to go out for an evening ride/fishing trip. I would recommend getting groceries on your way in because once you get there you don't really want to drive back out. We had a wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend staying here!
