- A dining room and living room with sofa, armchairs and large screen TV. This room opens onto a large covered terrace with a large dining table, a plancha, and a garden furniture,

- Bedroom 1 with bed 160,

- Bedroom 2 (dormitory with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed),

- Bedroom 3 with bed 140 and private bathroom adjoining bedroom 4

- Bedroom 4 (room adjoining bedroom 3) with sofa bed

A large independent bathroom and a separate toilet.

An outbuilding with a bed 140 but without sanitary,

The whole is surrounded by a garden not overlooked 800 m² with a 10 m² container pool and several spaces to relax and enjoy the environment.

- Linen is not included in the booking and is available at an additional cost (price on request when booking).

- Cleaning is compulsory, extra charge: 150 euros

Between sea and forest, the Villa is ideally placed to enjoy nature, ocean beaches, and the Bay of Arcachon. The village of Porge is a few minutes drive from the villa, you will find all the amenities (bar, restaurants, supermarket, bakery....) The Porge is, also, at the gates of the Médoc, by taking the Lakes road you can discover our wine heritage to the estuary of the Gironde.
