This Property has a large kitchen and living area open to amazing views of the bay with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. You cannot go wrong with the protected boat basin for your boat or jet skis. If snorkeling, swimming or kayaking is your thing, look no further! Either enjoy amazing sunsets in the comfort of the backyard or walk to a fun local hangout (88 Restaurant) for a homemade Island cocktail. Don t forget to enjoy the "Treehouse" with a card game or just to see a different view :). Brand new pool, right on the beach!!

Beautiful property

From the front landscaping to the incredible concrete dock with amazing views and sunsets. This place is a true getaway and relaxation destination. The owner was amazing to deal with and the house it self is spacious and beautiful. Looking forward to staying again. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for families, great location

We stayed over Thanksgiving with my parents and in-laws, and also our 6 month old son. The home had plenty of room for everyone and was very well appointed. The location is beautiful and is perfectly situated to fish the Ocean or the Gulf Side. We heard the owners are adding a pool which will be wonderful the next time we stay!

Great Location

We came for a family vacation and were nit disappointed. From the dock we enjoyed the view of all different types of fish, sharks, and even dolphins on our last night. The pool was an added bonus for the kids! Great quiet neighborhood with super friendly neighbors, who gave us great recommendations for food and fishing spots!

Quiet unscale neighborhood with good snorkeling at the house.

Property was found to be accurately described. We were very very comfortable with 5 adults and 3 children. Saw lobster, fish, octopus, moray ell, nurse shark snorkeling near the boat basin.

BEAUTIFUL HOME & EXCELLENT HOST

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful with spacious rooms, and is well laid-out for families. The views are amazing!! We loved the sunsets each afternoon. Having a spot to keep our boat was also very nice. I had to contact the host to assist with the water turning on at the fish cleaning station, and she was very quick to respond. It was simply a shut off valve that had been turned off by maintenance. Islamorada is our favorite spot in the keys, and it isn't always easy finding a rental with a dock. This property and host get 5 stars across the board!

Enjoyable getaway

Comfortable and plenty of space for the 9 of us. Several spots to hang out depending on the weather.... from the comfy kitchen/living room, the indoor porch, covered patio, grassy area outdoors, and the fantastic jetties. We snorkled, swam, and fished everyday and it never got dull.... the variety of fish was amazing with a couple (small) nurse and lemon sharks for good measure. Even a manatee mom and her pup swam past one evening. A special thank you to their warm neighbors that gave our girls a boat ride one evening. Great hub from which to explore the keys. Thank you!

Everything We Expected ... And More!

Our children and grandchildren joined us at Islamorada to fulfill my husband's bucket wish and he was not disappointed! The beautiful location on the bay gave us those gorgeous sunsets, as well as quick access to kayaking, paddle boarding, kiteboarding, and snorkeling. The bikes, tennis raquets and playground were all put to use at the nearby Founders Park. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly supplied --- just what we were dreaming of! Thank you, Bryanna, for all the attention paid to the details!

A piece of paradise

This was the perfect vacation, the home is exactly as it is advertised. The view and sunsets are amazing! The kids loved fishing and snorkeling off the dock. The water was so clear you can see bottom. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a vacation

This property is the perfect place to get away. It is clean, very roomy and feels like you are staying in an HGTV house. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked for everything you could possibly need. The sunsets are beautiful and the sky is so gorgeous we never wanted to miss a sunset. The property is close to everything but private enough that you feel like you are in your own retreat. We had fun looking at the water day and night to watch the fish, squid, octopus and sharks. (The locals told me that the sharks are like puppies .) The property is so nice that we opted to cook some of our meals at home and enjoy the views. I would highly recommend this house. It was a great place to stay. It got a 10 of 10 from all of us. You will not be disappointed in this house or location.

GREAT BAYFRONT LOCATION

Great location on bay with nice cement pier and lagoon for fishing plus an underwater reef with diverse tropical fish only 5 feet away for snorkeling! Very beautiful and comfortable.

Awesome property

Everything about this property was awesome! Snorkeling off the dock allowed us to see many types of fish. The hammock was a favorite with all the grandkid so we have several pics and fun videos. I highly recommend this property and will return again soon!

Exceeded expectations

We traveled with our adult family and we completely loved our stay! We snorkeled from the house and every night we used high power flashlights to explore the waters around the dock. Three sharks were seen, a manatee and all other sorts of marine life. This would definitely be a place we would like to stay again in the future. We did have to purchase toilet paper, hand soaps for the bathroom, laundry soap and dishwashing detergent. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee filters coffee. tea and all the necessary seasonings for cooking in your own kitchen. Plenty of cookware made it easy to prepare meals. There were plenty of sleeping pillow varieties to choose from. There were beach towels to use and also different types of inflatable‘s and pool noodles to use as well. Excellent vacation home!!

Best vacation ever and best rental ever. A truly amazing property. Use broomsticks to help steer boat getting into harbor. Don’t waste time with ropes. By end of trip we could come and go with only a nudge or two!

This is a beautiful property. Gorgeous tropical plantings surround the home. Well equipped. We especially loved snorkeling right off the property and seeing many different species of marine life. The one problem was if you are elderly or unsure on your feet, there is no railing to go down the stairs at the back of the house or the seawall. Otherwise the property is a wonderful place to stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The whole neighborhood is very clean and safe. We went on a snorkeling tour and honest Saw more fish right here at the house on the outermost part of the dock we saw very large parrot fish, large angel fish, large pufferfish, moray eels, 3’ nurse shark, barracuda, the list goes on. The house was clean and well stocked. It was like a mini paradise. Islamorada is by far the neatest cleanest island.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised and was providing a comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home base for visiting Islamorada and the surrounding Florida Keys. This place was absolutely perfect for us.

Seven of my immediate family members and I ages, 19 to 96, stayed here for a week. We all had comfortable beds to sleep in and plenty of room in the house to not get in each other’s way. Although when we weren’t out in the boat that we rented, and kept there for the week, we were sitting out on the porch or in the yard enjoying the views. The house was well stocked and even had several beach towels for all of us to use. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was perfect - close to shopping and restaurants. The landscaping was gorgeous and we all had so much fun watching the little chameleons scamper around the yard or sit on a tree limb enjoying the sunshine. We, highly, recommend this house!!!
