My apartment is located at the heart of Eixample, one of the main and most famous areas in town! Find some of the trendiest restaurants right by the same street and Barcelona's beach easily reachable by public transport!



The Space:

Welcome to this wonderful and spacious 160m2 apartment located right next to Gran Via. My spacious and bright flat is the ideal place to stay for and unforgettable and true local experience, a true gem by the city centre. As new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have a memorable stay!



⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 12 guests distributed in 4 bedrooms:



- Bedroom 1: Double bed

- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds

- Interior living room: double sofa bed

- Exterior living room: double sofa bed

Guest Access:

- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!



The Neighborhood:

This spacious apartment is located close to the main tourist attractions. Without going any further, Plaza de Catalunya, the nerve center of the city, is a few minutes walk from your home. From here it is easy to move, both by public transport and on foot, through the Catalan capital. We recommend that you walk through the narrow and old streets of the Gothic Quarter (don't forget to visit the Cathedral!) And that you take advantage of your stay to attend the Liceu, the oldest and most prestigious active theater in Barcelona where, above all, you can see operas. From Plaza Catalunya go up any of the two great streets that are born in it: by the famous Ramblas always full of tourists and locals alike or by Paseo de Gracia, a street full of fashion stores, Modernist restaurants and buildings, among which the Casa Batllò by Antoni Gaudí stands out. If you like museums, you cannot miss MACBA, Barcelona's contemporary art museum and one of the most visited in the city. Or if you prefer, go to the Mercado de San José (popularly known as the Boquería) and buy fresh products that you can later taste at home with your loved ones.



Getting Around:

The closest metro station is Urgell (Line 1).

The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs



Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
