Suitability - There are two floors with stairs to bedrooms. The bathroom, kitchen and sitting room are all on the ground floor. Please note this cottage is part of a group of cottages on one site. Can be rented with Ty Coed (Sleeps 4+1), Plas Lligwy (Sleeps 6) and Bear's Cottage (Sleeps 5) if families are holidaying together but need their own accommodation (sleeps a total of 21).

Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with a double bed. Bedroom 2 with three single beds.

Bathroom - Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin.

Kitchen - Large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and access to enclosed garden.

Sitting Room - Sofa, three armchairs, tv, dvd player, oil fired wood burner and access to enclosed garden.

Outdoors - Enclosed garden - grass area and terraced area with outdoor seating and charcoal bbq.

Games Room - Shared with other properties on site - table tennis table, football table and pool table.

Parking - Private off road parking for two cars.

Children - Travel cot and highchair available upon request at time of booking. Please note bedding is not provided.

Bikes - Bikes can be stored on site, please bring locks/covers.
