Located in a central and prestigious area of Paris, just a few minutes away from The Louvre, the Opera and Place de la Concorde, this apartment offers an elegant and comfortable setting for a Parisian stay. Its unique design was imagined by a French architect to combine historic grandeur with contemporary design, including a large living room area, with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The colourful touches give the place a a lively and welcoming feel.

- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed and en-suite private bathroom (bathtub, no WC)
- Bedroom 5 with a double bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 10 people and can accommodate up to 12 people

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor (elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
