Villa California is an impressive holiday villa, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy and leisure near Corcovada, with easy access to restaurants and beaches.



The spacious living and dining area provides a welcoming and inviting space, perfect for shared moments.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower, another bedroom with two single beds, a guest bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy.



On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower, offering a practical and private space for larger groups.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ready to prepare meals in a convenient and relaxed way.



The games room features a snooker table and table football, providing fun for the whole family or group.



Outside, the pool can be heated as an optional extra (additional cost), surrounded by a garden and a patio with a BBQ area, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy outdoor meals. The space is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security.



Located in Corcovada, just a short drive from beaches like Santa Eulália and Oura, and close to restaurants and bars, Villa California is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
