Beautiful Beach Villa 644

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 double sized beds. The well equipped kitchen looks out on to the living room which has a large flat screen TV for the occasional rainy day and morning weather check. The front patio has a BBQ grill table and chairs. This property is within easy walking distance of the beach, the convenience store, and liquor store. Central to everything and lacking in nothing! Some of the best fishing in the world can be enjoyed either ocean side on the deep seas where mahi mahi, wahoo, and grouper beckon, or marsh side in the marls where prize fighting bonefish reside in the endless shallows accessible by john boat. Truly a wonderful home away from home for a family or small group of friends.
Treasure Cay is still in a state of rebuilding after the 2019 hurricane, Dorian. There are a couple of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The beach is pristine and the Bahamians are the kindest people in the world!!!

Beautiful Beach!

The location was perfect, had all essentials needed, the host was very easy to communicate with and the manager came in once to check on things. Wonderful experience we will definitely be back soon.

We recommend this villa in Treasure Cay

Our villa in Treasure Cay was very comfortable. We loved the modern kitchen with the island. The kitchen was well stocked with many spices, dishware, glassware and coffee maker. Bedroom was comfortable and shower was spacious. A grill is available as well. We hope to come back and stay again in "You Done Reached, Mon"

This is a great little condo near the beach. Only hiccup was that cleaning staff hadn’t been there by the time we arrived. They arrived about 30 minutes after we did and they took care of things. Otherwise as advertised and convenient for what we wanted to do

Great place to stay at Treasure Cay

This cute little beach house was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. We had very nice bath towels as well as beach towels. The kitchen was equipped with the basics including great dishes and plastic wine glasses which would work outdoors. There was enough toilet paper and other essentials such as dishwashing detergent. Internet worked great and we enjoyed Netflix during a rainy afternoon. Parking was convenient and it was an easy walk to the pool, beach or nearby shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Villa 644. It was perfect for our family of 5.

The villa was very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Having 3 beds in one of the bedrooms was perfect for our 3 kids and not easily found in the other beach villas. Everything is very close in the Beach Villas, so even though it isn’t right on the beach, it is very close to the pool, beach, grocery store, restaurants and marina. We would definitely rent here again. For those readers who have never been to Treasure Cay, this is the place to be if you want a quiet holiday with one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Stay away if you are looking for a party scene!

Great location in paradise

The ower was fantastic to work. She provided a lot of information before we arrived as well as a binder with information in the villa. The location of this villa is perfect! A short walk to the beach, pool, stores, and bars.

We are a family of five and the property was perfect for our short trip. Treasure Cay is beautiful and has all the necessary amenities. We knew the prices would be higher than normal in a resort community, so we either cooked or drove to other settlements for meals. The villa itself is cozy, comfortable and efficient. We feel like we got a very good deal on this.

We had a lovely time. The villa was not humid and was very cozy. Jennifer was pleasant and fast to respond w any questions I had. We would stay there again. Everything was within walking distance. I would recommend booking golf cart and boat in advance.

Norman and Suzan Buka were living in the cold climate of Montreal, Canada when they discovered Treasure Cay in 1971. Norm and Suzan purchased two villas and TC soon became home for their family. Over the years, children, grandchildren and soon to be great grandchildren have grown up on Abaco. Norm and Suzan's children now own the villas and continue the family tradition. We love to share our little slice of heaven with friends and introduce first timers to the relaxation, tranquility and beauty that Abaco has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The Beach Villas are a quaint and friendly development. There is a great mix of old timers like us and new owners who have recently discovered TC after the storm. The private beach and pool area provide a quiet, relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. The BVOA is the most conveniently located development in TC. We are steps away from the marina, beach and the shops across the street. It is a short walk to The Bahama Beach Club either by the beach or on the road.
