Features include a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, guest toilet, cable TV, and Wi-Fi throughout. Building has no elevator.
AREA Quick access to restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. Close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal’s Old Town, and the Cathedral. Many attractions are within walking distance (cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha and São Tiago beaches are about 15 minutes away on foot.
GETTING AROUND Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). Car rentals are easy to navigate to the address. Bus stop is 2 minutes away.

Heaven
We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 7 nights. Two couples and it was just perfect, centrally located with all the amenities of home. One of the couples were early risers so we really appreciated that the kitchen was in a different floor. Each couple had their own ensuite bathroom so it was very private.
Exceeded all our expectations and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and facilities
A fantastic location. Bigger than expected. Good facilities. Only issues were incorrect information at check in. Drainage smell in ensuite 2. My mother has a bad knee so waking 2 gifts was challenging, I would recommend those who book to consider that there is no lift in the property. Otherwise it is an excellent choice.

Great location 🤩
Great location apartment for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Opening the door, a modern decoration different from the exterior welcomed us. Check-in is easy, kitchen equipment and supplies are very good. It’s great that two bedrooms are en-suite and the living room also has a toilet. This time it was hardly necessary, but it is great that there is an air conditioner. When I asked them that there was no trash bin in each room, they preparerd them immediately. It was easy to communicate with WhatsApp. However, the building is 3-4F and has no lift. This is not specified on any site. You don't know which floors you have reserved until you get there, so be careful people who have problems with your legs and if you have a heavy luggage. Everything else was wonderful and we are very satisfied.

A great location in Funchal. Walking distance to the main areas. Large property split over 2 floors. We had a little problem checking in because the instructions said the property was no.2 instead of no.3. The kitchen was well equipped with hob, microwave, oven. They even had a dish washer and washing machine. It was reassuring to have toilet rolls, hand wash, sugar, tea, coffee, olive oil etc provided. There is no lift at the property so be aware that there could be a couple of floors to walk up. The kids loved having a nice modern TV with Netflix, prime and Disney. The property even has a small balcony. The only other niggle on our stay was that the second bedroom main lights were not working and the 2nd ensuite bathroom had a smelly drain. Despite the small niggles I would book again and recommend it for the convenience and size of property.
