Decor not good. Furniture looked like it came from a consignment shop.Not all beds had the top sheet, only the fitted sheet.Drip coffee maker did not have a top, had to "rig" it to use.Dishwater handle broken.Washer/dryer missing a knob.And a bunch of other similar stuff.

Beautiful view. Location is right next to beach access, but you cannot walk out from the house, you must use public access. This is really two units stacked on top of each other, you have to go out and around the back of the house to get to each. Only one door out to the pool from the downstairs unit. There is really no balcony space. The kitchens are about as bare bones as it gets and slightly out dated, cabinets/appliance from the early 2000s. Everything was clean and comfortable. The top unit gets the view from inside, the bottom unit gets direct pool access. During our stay it was a little cumbersome to get early check in, which the door code didn't come until the 4:00pm on the dot. With a house this big, people flying in from out of town, I found that to be a little too strict. We just needed a place to drop our bags. Overall, good clean place for a large group if you're not planning on cooking meals there.
