The post code for the property is SA3 3JR, if you put this into your Sat Nav, you can follow this to Pennard Road (B4436). Follow this along and there is a right hand turning into Portway as shown on the map. once you turn into portway, keep straight ahead, you can branch right, but ignore this and go straight on. The property has a lot of gray cladding on it and is easy to spot as its modern looking. You will be parking in the resin bay surrounded by grey composite fencing.
