Appalling Property with security issues

Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it! The home was literally a sweat box and extremely uncomfortable. Thirdly, the pool was dirty and garden furniture all ripped and tatty. However, the deciding vote that had our whole party agree to leave and find alternative accommodation was the fact the the sliding doors access to Villa which run across the whole side of the property was broken on every panel (broken latches with screws inserted where a previous repair job was attempted) which made it impossible to lock and secure the Villa whilst we were out and more importantly whilst we were sleeping at night. The 2 doubles rooms are upstairs meaning the single rooms that we required for the children would have been downstairs in the property and very easily accessible to anyone outside. On top of this, the shutters on the bathroom window in one of the downstairs bedrooms was also broken. We contacted the host who admitted that they were aware of the security issues and had tried to fix the doors 3 times with no success! This conversation was listened in to by VRBO and amazingly the villa is still available to rent! And guess what…the refund that was promised has still not been made! AVOID!!!

Espero que huéspedes como usted le hagan caso a su evaluación y eviten mi propiedad. He reportado el estado en el que ha dejado la propiedad a VRBO, es vergonzoso que tras beneficiarse de un early check in gratuito, pasar todo el día en la casa, y todas las alternativas que le ofrecí, en favor SUYO, dejara la casa en tan pésimas condiciones y encima deje una evaluación semejante. La rotura a la que hace referencia es una puerta que no tiene acceso desde el exterior, que se reparó la mañana siguiente a ser reportada y puede que incluso SE LE HAYA ROTO A USTED! Cosa que en ningún momento le imputé, simplemente busque soluciones.

La casa está muy bien ,nos ha encantado- dispone de todo para una estancia agradable con amigos.Hay sitio para aparcar y está bien ubicada. El anfitrión muy amable - te responde enseguida.
