About this property

The space
Private cosy traditional couch house/ mews that was built in 1880 and is full of character. Lovingly converted in 2009 spaces it sleeps up to 5 (with the possibility of arranging more beds on request). Open plan( please have a look at the plan in the images, it is open plan upstairs and downstairs and there is no separate bedroom as such) complete with a fully equipped kitchen and sleeping area. Peaceful and calming in its energy, the house is located near Finsbury Park, N4 in North London near Parkland Walk and the beautiful area of Crouch End. The house has fantastic transport links with only 12-15 mins reach to Centre London ( Oxford Circus -16 min, Old Street - 15 mins, Dalston - 20 mins) and beyond. The area is renowned for its Turkish food and there is a plethora of restaurants to choose from.

The house is located over two floors and is open plan upstairs and downstairs. It's a
beautifully conwerted cauch house building with tasteful interiors, lighting and furniture. SuperFast WiFi.

Exclusively yours for the duration of your stay it has a fully equipped kitchen, with an integrated fridge and a small freezer compartment within the fridge. There is a 4 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster and coffee making equipment. We often host photo and video shoots. And sometimes small private events which need to be discussed additionally and charged extra!

NO SMOKING or open flame anywhere on our property or inside our place. If any specific cleaning or maintenance issues need attention after your stay, cleaning and re-decoration expenses will be applied!

NO PARTIES, 5 people maximum at our place. We want to be sure our place and area is a good fit for you before you book a reservation.
Our neighbours are our friends. They are nice people, quiet and respectful.
We want to be sure our guests are too, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful area.
Well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge. Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector and a first aid kit

This stay didn't work out as either we or the host, Yev, planned. But Yev dealt very professionally with the situation and was kind enough to refund most of our expenses.

Great location

This was a great location - very close to frequent rail connecting to tube - fairly close to two tube stations. The neighbourhood was very pretty and the closest 'high street' had a wonderful Turkish vibe - great baklava! There were also other great high streets within walking distance, each unique. Caught a concert at Union Chapel, went to London stadium for a West Ham match and to the core several times - all easy commute by transit. The apt was easy access and good communication with the owner.

Lovely studio

Very cozy, great location very close to the station and only a very short walk to finsbury. Studio is full of charm and feels like a rustic country retreat in the middle of the city. Kitchen facilities are excellent, host was very polite, attentive and friendly, would definitely recommend

Amazing and Unique Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the old stables, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owner is not only friendly and professional but also incredibly accommodating, making the entire communication and booking process a breeze. The space itself is a gem – super cosy and exuding an organic warmth that immediately puts you at ease. I loved the upstairs open area with its exposed pitch roof beams and original wooden flooring. It's evident that every detail has been carefully considered, showcasing a true connoisseur's touch. The location is fantastic, actually. The quick and easy commute to central London is a major plus. Additionally, there are plenty of charming eateries around to explore and a couple of charming pubs. I'm already looking forward to booking this property again in the future – a definite recommendation for anyone seeking a charming and comfortable retreat in London!

Feels like home

This place is super cosy and cute! Felt super comfortable! So much lil decoration to see! I love the details. If you wanna feel like home this is the spot to be! Definitely gonna book this flat again! The owner is nice n friendly, the check in was super easy!
