Snaffles is a family-friendly holiday cottage located in the village of Rye Harbour.

The three-bedroom cottage is the perfect relaxing retreat for those looking to enjoy long walks, bird watching and slowing down.

A five-minute walk from the Nature Reserve and an excellent village pub.

The downstairs of the property is open plan living, with a designated lounge area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Doors lead to the enclosed garden, with an outdoor dining area and a summer house that doubles up as a children's playroom.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a master with a king-size bed, a single bedroom and a twin room which can be configured as a king-size bed if requested.

There is a modern family bathroom with shower and bath facilities.

There is off road parking for two small cars or one family-sized car and bicycle storage for 2 adults and 2 children's bicycles to the front of the property.

Snaffles is a lovely base for exploring all that the area has to offer.
