About this property

Villino Alessandro- family house of 137sqm 4km from the sea

The house is 137m2, located 4km from the beaches of Versilia; It is spread over two floors, on the ground floor we find a spacious kitchen (equipped with everything you need), a living room with smart TV, a complete bathroom and the first bedroom. Upstairs we have the second bathroom and three bedrooms, all three with air conditioning. Outside there is a further laundry room and another bathroom (also complete with shower). The garden has a relaxation area with umbrellas, deckchairs, sunbeds and chairs; furthermore there is a huge garden where children can play and have fun, in the garden there is table tennis and a small slide for children. There is also a barbecue. We the owners are available for any questions or advice during the entire duration of your stay. We will be present upon your arrival and will explain the entire house to you. There are 3 parking spaces.
It is located 30km from Lucca and Pisa.
ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, PAYMENT FOR THE SAME WILL BE DONE AT THE END OF THE STAY. THE PRICE IS €0.4 x KWH.
