Great location

Lovely property in a great area. Train station to hop into London about a 15 minute walk. Coop (and Dominoes!) just a few minutes walk away... when you find the shortcut through the car park! Check in experience was frustrating. The key code wasn't sent. I requested it 2 hours before arrival. It was received swiftly... however it was the wrong code. Noone answered the phone at Pass the Keys. It was sweltering hot and we had lugged all of our stuff from the car park as there was no parking available on the street. With 3 kids, this wasn't an ideal start. Thankfully a neighbour came to our rescue and contacted the actual owner of the property. The property overall suited our needs but we will be using another provider in the future.
