House with 2 bedrooms, room with double bed and the other room has 2 comfortable beds with quality pillows, Our guests praise our beds, TV in each room and in the living room.Each room has a large built-in wardrobe to be able to leave luggage for both short and long stays.

The accommodation was specifically designed for short or long-term tourist rentals, with exclusive details to improve the guest experience, so that they feel at home, but with the comforts of being on vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you may need, whether it is a short or long stay, it has an oven, microwave, toaster, 2 types of coffee maker, Italian or American, juice machine, all kinds of cooking utensils, pans and pots, kettle, kettle etc…

The house has a washing machine, a large shower, with plenty of towels, we also have a Hair Dryer and iron for clothes, Shampoo and Gel.

The living room is equipped with a 49” TV, also SATELLITE CHANNELS, with a wide variety of foreign channels. The WIFI that the apartment has is exclusive and personal for the apartment, it is fiber optic.

At breakfast, lunch and dinner, a large table on the terrace to enjoy our climate.The building has swimming pools and common areas that guests can enjoy. In the same building there is a supermarket and a small cafeteria.The building has free parking, if you decide to rent a car, upon arrival we will give you the key to the parking lot.

In the surroundings of the building you will find several restaurants, such as the Allende Restaurant, varied and creative food, on Tirajana Avenue, Rimini Italian restaurant with several quality awards, El Carreton Restaurant, etc...

Walking 3 minutes to Avenida de Tirajana where you will find a wide range of restaurants of all kinds, Italian, Chinese, typical Canarian food, international, Indian food, Japanese and fast food, at the end of Avenida de Tirajana do not forget to visit the viewpoint of the Maspalomas Dunes, Dunes that you can walk and feel like in a real desert and enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets, do not forget the camera, it is a unique place

comfortable, loved the fans in the bedrooms, very good air con .. comfortable and clean beds loved how there was towels for use by the pool .. something g that was a wonderfull touch .. the lovley welcome.back on arrival with bottle of wine so adorable.. handy location for shops supermarket and the yumbo why we came .. also amazing for san fernando loved walking over there 5 mins and your away from the tourist traps ... so felt like a local pool side was lovley very clean comfortable .. not many shady areas but wasn't busy so wasn't fighting for a bed and able to move around for that kitchen very good all things you need and clean
