Higher Roskestal consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room with seating for four guests, woodburning stove and a Smart TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, ample off-road parking. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop, within 2.3 miles, a pub and within 0.8 miles, a beach. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Higher Roskestal is a wonderful base for your next getaway in Cornwall. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.
