Posizione e confort dell'alloggio dotato di aria condizionata indispensabile in questa estate così torrida. Garantire maggior privacy rispetto ai vicini con tende o altri sistemi.

Lage, Lage, Lage. 1 min vom Meerzu Fuss. Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung wurde schön renoviert. Im Sommer ist es bis Mitternacht etwas laut. Danach schliessen die Lokale. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock ohne Lift. Kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato molto bene, il bagno è molto bello con una grande doccia che occupa tutto lo spazio che in precedenza era evidentemente occupato da una vasca. C'è un impianto di aria condizionata centralizzato, ma regolabile indipendentemente in ogni stanza. La cucina è abbastanza attrezzata: oltre allo stretto necessario ci sono una macchina per il caffè, un bollitore, un tostapane e addirittura un minipimer! La sorpresa è stata un ripostiglio con aspirapolvere, ferro e asse da stiro, un seggiolone e vari cuscini e coperte aggiuntive. È stato davvero come essere a casa. Unico neo totalmente indipendente dall'host: condominio molto rumoroso. Abbiamo comunque passato una bella settimana e ci torneremmo volentieri

Nous avons passé d'excellents vacances dans l'appartement de Roberta. L'appartement était impeccable ! Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et répondait à nos attentes. Il est à quelques mètres de la mer, dans une rue piétonne avec de nombreux petits magasins et restaurants. La communication et l'accueil étaient parfaits aussi! Je recommande vivement 🌺
