As you were informed during your check-in, by company policy you only have access to the house after blocking the deposit and completing the online check-in. We informed you at the time that the information we had and that was sent was that the portal VRBO indicates that we are responsible for receiving the deposit.
We tried to help with the situation and were always available to help with the situation.
He informed us that he would resolve the situation regarding the deposit directly with the portal and we did not obtain any further information and no deposit was charged.

Poorly equipped but maybe ok for short stay
Location Space in living room, bedroom and kitchen
Stock the kitchen equipment replace the washing machine swap doors on fridge/freezer stop the shower flooding upgrade the internet speed check for and treat ants warn tenants about building work.
So bad, I checked out 17 days early.
