Overall our stay was great and the property was lovely, as listed and in a good location with all amenities nearby.
The dustbins were full when we arrived, and still full when we left which wasn't ideal.
My big problem though was before we stayed. I got constant e-mails asking me for information over and over again, and I'd no sooner reply with some information, and then I'd get another e-mail requesting more information; it was exhausting.
I was also made to pay a refundable £300 damage deposit three weeks before we stayed. I did get it back around a week after we stayed, but they shouldn't have that amount of my money for three weeks before we stayed.
Top marks for the property, but the process needs a big improvement.
