Lovely apartment with fantastic sea views in the secured complex Los Monteros Palm Beach, famous for its stunning seafront location and direct access to the best beaches of Marbella East. The residence has a peaceful atmosphere and offers mature gardens, two large swimming pools (not heated) and 24h security service. Palm Beach Restaurant by the side that offers sun loungers, delicious meals and live music during the summer season. Famous Trocadero Beach Restaurant - 5 minutes walk. You can take 30 minutes relaxing walk along beautiful boardwalk to reach Marbella town.



Spacious salon with comfortable sitting & dining area and access to the large sunny terrace with wonderful open views onto the sea, swimming pool and the gardens. Master bedroom with super king size bed, built in wardrobes, bathroom en-suite and access to the terrace. Second bedroom with two single beds and adjacent bathroom. Both bathrooms has underfloor heating for comfort during the winter stay. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and utility room.



The apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator and underground parking. Fully air conditioned, window shutters. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV.

Wonderful apartment great location

The perfect spot if you prefer a quiet stay, but a brief walk along the senda littoral and you can be in the middle of Marbella Fix grill in main oven (only half worked during our stay). Add baking trays to kitchen equipment

Excellent Location, Good Apartment

The location of the apartment is excellent. The servives provided by Seaview were helpful and outstandig. The apartment could need some improvement as e.g. an additional sun umbrella on the terrace and the TV (very old model) should be renewed. All in the stay was satisfying.

In reality.. .perfect!

First class accommodation. Very comfortable beds, everything worked as expected. Two minor issues swiftly dealt with. Yulia oversees everything with the aim of keeping customer content. A classy apartment. All we could think of were oven gloves! And some knives needed sharpening....sharpener promptly supplied.
