I had an amazing experience staying at Vincenzo’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—close to everything. We had a great stay at this apartment next to the Vatican Museum. Easy walking distance to the Basilica and other amazing sites in Rome. The apartment is very well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The host communicates well. One suggested improvement is the quality of provided towels.

2 Nights in Rome

We stayed just 2 nights in Rome ensuring an easy trip to the (FCO) airport after a 3 week vacation in Sicily and Tuscany. The apartment was great - good location (next to the Vatican Museum) and just what we wanted/needed. The best thing about it was the host, Vincenzo! He was MORE than accommodating and ensured our every need was handled. He went above and beyond a typical host's responsibility. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Family trip

Apartment is located on a busy Rome street 5 minutes from the Vatican. Bring earplugs or sound machine to sleep. It was easy to access the metro within 5-10 minutes walking. Apartment was clean. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Main shower drain was comfortable. 1 bathroom shower drain was clogged but we were able to unclog it. Good communication with owner.

Good but not the best, comfortable and cozy, best location

It’s a comfortable and a cozy 2 bedroom apartment, the best part is it’s only a 4min walk from the Vatican Museums. Located in a good area, it has all the amenities and restaurants nearby. As for the apartment itself, it’s good. The shower drainage clog in one of the bathrooms was not working and the entire place, floor was dusty. Also it’s not organized as such. The host Vincenzo was good and friendly, self check in with proper follow ups and instructions. Even though the location is great for Vatican City, I would recommend staying more in the actual Rome area where the main attractions are. *imp: Vrbo does not have the taxes listed, Vincenzo repeatedly sent messages and we had to pay 42 Euros additional, still disputing with Vrbo, but no fault of the host.

Il problema delle tasse :sono le tasse di soggiorno previste x legge ed in particolare nel Comune di Roma sono di 7 euro al giorno e sono a carico del turista.Vrbo non le percepisce ma Airbnb si.pernoi host è più comodo Vrbo non fa questo servizio .La collocazione dell’appartamento è molto chiara .Se vuole stare nel centro storico di Roma basta cercare.L’appartamento ha 2 docce…quella è stata era intasata : problema risolto. Il pavimento è di marmo lucido e si consegna pulito .Se si vuole mantenere basta pulire in quanto non sono previsti servizi come in albergo. La spazzatura non è mai stata buttata nonostante il deposito sia appena fuori dalla casa. Buona serata

Perfect Home in Rome

My family of 6 stayed at Vincenzo's apartment near Vatican Museum for 4 nights. It was a fantastic location, and a huge accomodation for Italy standards. Vincenzo met with us the evening of checkin. He communicated well, let us know the lock box code to get the keys ourselves. He was helpful to show us around the apartment, and give answers for all our questions. The bus stop is literally right outside the building doors. It will take you near to most of the central touristy things. Like Piazza Novano. From there you can walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. Then take the Metro back home, the stop is only a couple blocks away from the apartment as well. The apartment had plenty of space for our 4 kids and us to spread out. Two bathrooms was really nice too. Open the windows and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city. The only thing to be aware of, is that the city really doesn't sleep. So there will be street noise most all the night. Bring earplugs or sleep meds if you're a light sleeper. It was calm from 4 to 6am is all 😆 Walk a couple blocks to get to the local favorite restaurants. A ten to fifteen minute walk to St Peters Basilica. The apartment was on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator lift.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren fünf Nächte in Rom und die Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Alles war sauber und toll vorbereitet. Check-In und Out war problemlos. Wir waren als Familie dort und haben die Tage in Rom wirklich genossen.

Mieszkanie i gospodarz na 5 gwiazdek

Miejsce jest świetnie skomunikowane, przystanek autobusowy przy samym wyjściu z budynku. Do Watykanu 15 min spacerem. Gospodarz to bardzo miły, ciepły człowiek. Kontakt z nim był bez problemowy. Był przy meldunku i opowiedział o mieszkaniu, okolicy, wytłumaczył jak można dostać się do niektórych zabytków które chcieliśmy zobaczyć. Bardzo polecam Vincenzo i jego mieszkanie na pobyt w Rzymie.

Séjour agréable à 2 pas du Vatican

Vincenzo et sa femme sont des hôtes très sympathiques et réactifs. On a eu quelques petits soucis à l arrivée mais tout de suite réglé et c était le jour de noël !! Merci encore : ) L appartement est parfait pour 3 adultes ou une famille avec 2 enfants, car dans la petite chambre c est un lit de 120x190. L appartement est refait et la literie est bien confortable. Les chambres donnent sur la rue donc un peu bruyante. Nous avons aimé le quartier très pratique pour se déplacer (bus en bas et métro ottaviano à 600m) avec des restaurants délicieux et le marché triomphale et tous ses stands de nourritures parfait pour pouvoir cuisiner sur place et bien sur plusieurs supermarchés à moins de 500m dont un, en face de l immeuble. Nous sommes contents de notre séjour : ) Grazie !
