There are hidden costs associated with this site which you only find out about on the night before check-in. Not good. Someone has to meet you at the property to let you in, but despite giving my flight information, and texting we were on our way and on time, had to wait almost 30 minutes for the person to show up. Awful. The property only provided one tiny soap/shampoo bottle for two people for a four night stay. We would have needed twice the amount provide per day. I texted a request for more supplies and never got a response. Had to go out and buy soap and shampoo. For the amount we were paying, this was very disappointing.
