TRAVEL COT & HIGH CHAIR:
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £30. Please ensure you message upon booking so that we can arrange this for you.

Additional rules
POST BOX:
Guests must take responsibility for any parcels or other deliveries and will be charged a minimum of £25 for the collection and re-direction of parcels.


CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
