Guests will feel instantly at home upon entering this hideaway. With tranquil coastal inspired interiors, the cosy sitting room boasts a wood burning stove. Nestle in to revel in the warmth and ambient light after a day spent exploring the beaches. Two steps lead down into the open-plan kitchen/dining area which boasts underfloor heating. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything guests might need to create a delicious meal made using the areas local produce. Seating for four is offered by the charming farmhouse table in the dining area - a lovely spot for a morning coffee, or place to gather together to share conversation, food and wine long into the evenings. The inviting outdoor patio and garden can be accessed via the back door. As is traditional for properties of this age, the bathroom is located on the ground floor, and provides a bath with shower over. Upstairs, a beautifully presented master bedroom hosts an antique French style king-size bed, and is styled with sumptuous soft furnishings. Outside, the generous garden features a patio area with outdoor furniture - perfect for dining al fresco or reading a book when the sun is shining. A small path leads into the lawned area with cottage planting. Bordered by hedges, this fully enclosed space is a safe place for supervised dogs to play. Roadside parking is usually available close to the cottage.

A comfortable room with a cosy wood burning stove and widescreen Freeview television with Netflix. A step down to
Dining/kitchen
An open-plan room with tiled floor and underfloor heating. There is a pine table and seating for four and a dresser housing crockery and glasses. The kitchen has cream wooden units with shelving over, a fan oven with induction hob, washing machine, fridge with icebox and microwave. There is a wooden stair gate into the sitting room and at the bottom of the stairs for ensuring any dogs staying are contained within this area, and especially overnight.
There are two steps between the kitchen and sitting room.
Bathroom
A fully tiled room with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

The small front cottage garden is fully-enclosed with gate. **Please note: the white picket fence is no longer in place.
At the back of the cottage there is a patio area immediately outside the back door, from which a small path leads into the pretty cottage garden with cottage style planting, bordered by hedging to one side and picket fencing to the other. The garden is fully-enclosed and safe for a dog.
Roadside parking is usually available close by and you should be able to find spaces at quieter times. There are double yellow lines immediately outside the cottage. A council car park is a two minute walk away; a weekly parking permit is available for £34, which can also be used in other Council car parks along the coast.
