The kitchen has cream wooden units with shelving over, a fan oven with induction hob, washing machine, fridge with icebox and microwave. There is a wooden stair gate into the sitting room and at the bottom of the stairs for ensuring any dogs staying are contained within this area, and especially overnight.
There are two steps between the kitchen and sitting room.

A fully tiled room with bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

The small front cottage garden is fully-enclosed with gate. **Please note: the white picket fence is no longer in place.
At the back of the cottage there is a patio area immediately outside the back door, from which a small path leads into the pretty cottage garden with cottage style planting, bordered by hedging to one side and picket fencing to the other. The garden is fully-enclosed and safe for a dog.
Roadside parking is usually available close by and you should be able to find spaces at quieter times. There are double yellow lines immediately outside the cottage. A council car park is a two minute walk away; a weekly parking permit is available for £34, which can also be used in other Council car parks along the coast.
