Sunny and new apt in the 15th

Newly constructed complex. Brand new furniture and appliances. Convenient location to metro stations, 6, 8 and 10. Plenty of local shopping and restaurants. It was a quick walk to Le Cordon Bleu. I felt very safe in the area and the apartment. Management was very responsive to any requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, with metro, restaurants, bakery, grocery steps away. Walk to Seine and Eiffel Tower, a quick 15 minutes. Safe area. Property very clean. Unit on top floor so you do get a partial view of the Eiffel Tower and can see it sparkling at night. Check in and communication from booking to checkout was excellent. Highly recommend.
