Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 82m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The room features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe; the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Additionally, there's an office in the apartment with a desk dedicated for remote workers.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

You have access to a private backyard to enjoy the fresh air.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic destination for travellers looking to explore the city. Situated near several notable attractions, visitors can easily immerse themselves in Lisbon's cultural and historical richness. The renowned Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, showcasing an impressive collection of art and artefacts, is just a stone's throw away. Nature enthusiasts will find solace in the nearby Estufa Fria, a picturesque garden filled with exotic plants and serene pathways.

This location offers convenience, with Saldanha station just a 7-minute walk away and Alameda station just a 9-minute walk away. Residents of this area can easily access the city's vibrant transportation network.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Missing keys: 150€ to replace.

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
