On the first floor, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them featuring single beds and 1 with a double bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, it offers an open-space living room with a comfortable sofa and television and na equipped kitchen with all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

On the the second floor, the second apartment mirrors the layout of the first, also featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms featuring single beds and 1 with a double bed and a private bathroom. Additionally, it offers an open-space living room with a comfortable sofa and television and an equipped kitchen with all the essentials for culinary enthusiasts, as well as na adicional bathroom.

The third and last apartment, located on the 3rd floor, features 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Matching the open-space layout of the other apartments, it includes a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and television, adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen and a charming bathroom.

On the upper terrace, which offers views of the sea, you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing afternoon with a drink.
