The apartment is on the 5th floor of a residential building and there is a shared swimming pool for residents that can be used by guests.
The apartment has an area of about 120 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with double beds (1,6 x 2,0 m), a small bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a living room with dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious terrace and balcony with views in several directions, and private parking.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.

The apartment is located in a privileged area of Funchal.
A few minutes' walk away there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, car parks and a casino.
It is 400 meters from the Madeira Casino, 600 meters from the La Vie shopping center, where there is a supermarket, 1 km from Funchal Marina, 1.6 km from Mercado dos Lavradores and 2.2 km from Complexo Balnear do Lido.
There are bus stops nearby and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
The pool is not heated, but it is open all year round and can be used when the weather conditions are favourable, unless a temporary maintenance operation is taking place.
An increase in the number of guests means a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
