Although I have been working in the information technology industry for more than 35 years, I have always loved nature and outdoor life. There is nothing better than spending time outside, working in the garden, or mowing the lawn. It helps me slow down, relax, and recharge — and that same peaceful feeling is what we hope our guests will experience during their stay in Istria.
Why they chose this property
When I first visited this part of Istria 30 years ago, I immediately fell in love with it. We created this home as a place to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Istria. We appreciate good food, nature, and quality family time, and we hope our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

What makes this place special is the feeling of being away from crowds and noise, while still being close enough to charming hill towns, excellent restaurants, wineries, beaches, and everything Istria is famous for. Whether you want peaceful mornings with coffee overlooking the vineyards, family dinners by the pool, or simply a place to reconnect with nature and each other, Villa Kanedolo was created exactly for that.
