The building was under construction wires hanging from the wall, exposed walls and filthy. The flat had a dirty mop left it in, the foldout sofa was dirty and stained. I immediately canceled and had to secure a hotel room last minute. Managment will not refund me, I sent the attached pictures they insist it's all fine!

Unklare Anweisungen wo sich das Apartment befindet, keine Hausnummer vorhanden, die Fenster sind sehr undicht und man hört den Straßenverkehr sehr, die Lage ist super, der Fernseher braucht eine Verlängerungsschnur, dann kann man ihn nur nutzen wenn man das Kabel quer durchs Zimmer legt, die Fernbedienung hatte keine Batterie, das Sofa ist sehr alt, dreckig und durchgesessen.
