Property is exactly what is shown and states- it was the perfect location and place for our family - although disappointed it went up close 9k dollars for next year, same time.

January 2018 Stay

We popped into town for a long girls' weekend - looking to enjoy beautiful views, good food and drinks, and plenty of time to catch up. The property was just what we needed - the winter rates made this affordable for just four of us to stay there. The neighborhood was a bit ghost-like (lots of construction and updates happening to neighboring properties on Friday), but that wasn't too awful - most businesses were open and the sun was out the entire time. Upon arrival, the heating wasn't working in the house, but the rental company was diligent about getting it fixed the following day and then providing us proper remediation for our discomfort. Right next door to a pool and VERY close to the beach entrance, this would be an awesome spot during the summer, too! Loved the little front patio with a relaxing lounge bed with just barely a view of the ocean/sunset. We enjoyed the sound system as we cooked, played games at the kitchen table and prepared to go out. We'd stay here again for its affordabilty!

September 2017 Stay

We couldn't believe the beautiful view of both the beach and the Eastern Green. But the real surprise was how much we enjoyed the "people watching" at the huge Coquina Pool next door! The location made trips to the beach so much faster and easier than dragging everything from the north side of 30A. The house was extremely clean and organized . The A/C was very effective . Four bedrooms with nice new linens was perfect. Plenty of wonderful memories from this week and we will definitely be returning!
