Golden View - This apartment is on the ground floor and the back patio opens directly on to the 5-acre mature, well manicured, gardens. Within the tropical gardens is a huge communal pool
(The pool area has just been resurfaced brand new) with numerous sun loungers.

Golden View is situated in Sunset Crest in the heart of the Holetown area and 8 mins walk to the beautiful beaches . Also Sandy Lane beach, Holetown beach , Paynes Bay beach , Colony Club Beach are all walkable.
You can also access a nearby members Beach Club pool and pool bar - use of beach club membership is included with the rental

The condominium complex is secure, having 24-hour security. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed 24/7. There is an on site carpark which is free to use. On site is also a communal library room/ work space on the 3rd floor (lift access )
This spacious ground floor apartment comprises patio with comfy chairs leading directly to the gardens, the patio gets sun but you can use the blinds there if you prefer shade, 2 sunloungers to put in the grass area of the gardens adjacent to the patio, large living room with TV (with Flow cable TV package included), WiFi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen including filter coffee maker, ceiling fans throughout the apartment, option to have maid service weekly, the bathroom has a roman shower, bath and beach towels, The bedroom comprises a comfortable king size bed, a single bed, wardrobe, air conditioning.

Within walking distance, as well as the dreamy white sand beaches, (St James is popular for the calmness of the sea on this west coast ) there is a variety of restaurants, the famous Chattel village shops and the shopping village & cinemas at Limegrove Lifestyle Center. The Sunset Crest neighborhood also has its own tennis facilities and the Sandy Lane and Green Monkey Golf courses just minutes away. Massy supermarket, the Sandy Crest Medical Center and pharmacies are approx 5 mins walk
You can also access a nearby members Beach Club pool, membership is included with the booking

Great Condo in excellent location

Great condo, everything you need. Stayed in this block before, excellent location. Just ashame the restaurant bar area is closed permanently which is a shame as it needs sonething uf you dont want to go off site.

We had a great stay, good location and the access to the beach club was nice! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, very comfortable bed. We do think there needs to be more lighting in the bathroom as it was a bit dark taking a shower and getting ready.

Great position for Holetown

For a couple or a single, this is a perfect property. Communication with owner was good. The apartment was clean, on the ground floor and close to the pool. It’s easy walking distance to the local supermarket and the beach. Buses run to Bridgetown and Speightstown so a car is not necessary. For a restful, chilling holiday this is the perfect location.

GREAT STAY AT 119 GOLDEN VIEW

Although Tanyia was not local, communication was great and housekeeper met us on arrival. Lovely apartment, well kitted out and very large bed with quiet aircon. Large peaceful communal pool and access to the beach club pool 10 minutes away (beach side). Shops bars etc all within easy walking distance. Only downside, we couldn't stay longer.

Fantastic apartment in great location

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Patio opening out onto gardens and a fantastic pool. Exactly as described...7 mins walk to the seafront on holetown with great bars and lovely beach. We barely used our free access to the beach club because the pool at golden view was so amazing...quiet, chilled and right next to our apartment. The apartment was lovely, lounge area, bedroom and kitchen were great! Had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds and the monkeys. Supermarket less than. 10.mins away. Looking forward to coming back. ❤️
