Mayfair is renowned for its upscale charm, and Maddox Street is at its epicenter. You`ll be within walking distance of world-class restaurants, high-end shops, and renowned art galleries.
• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• Due to the building regulations toward visitors, you are announced as personal guests of your host.

• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.

• Please note all beds are UK king size (not US king size).

Perfect location for first time London visit.

Great location for walking around London. Great communication with host easy check in. My only complaint was only one shower the master only had a tub which made it hard for 4 of us to use one shower. But location was great and would stay here again.

Excellent service, convenient location in Mayfair

The property managers could not have been more attentive and accommodating. They let me bring my luggage in 3 hours before check-in, and then allowed me to check in an hour or so after that. The house cleaner was there and she helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs. The living/dining room, nice kitchen, and master bath are relatively roomy for Mayfair, but the bedrooms are quite small. Very clean and well maintained. We would book with these people again for their excellent service.

Luxury location, less than luxury flat

Front door knob broken, lock difficult to open. Stairs to flat in terrible shape, presumably under renovation, but we were not warned about condition. Flat in good condition but bathroom sink faucet in disrepair.
