Panoramic villa with private pool, for 8 people, a stone's throw from the beach within walking distance and a few km from picturesque Tropea.
From the large veranda and the swimming pool area you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view over the entire bay of Santa Maria.
From the main entrance of the house there is direct access to the living area, where the kitchen and living room with sofa and TV are located. Through a corridor you reach the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms. The villa also has an annex which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, so in total the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house has been recently modernized, has simple but very welcoming furnishings and is equipped with all comforts. Air conditioning is present in the living room and inside the master bedroom.

The extraordinary nature of the house is certainly the enormous covered external veranda, with a wonderful sea view. In a corner of the terrace there is a barbecue area, with also a wood-fired pizza oven, very particular with its unusual mushroom shape. The swimming pool is located on a slightly lower level than the house and is very sunny. Despite being located in a residential area, the villa offers a lot of privacy.In the low season the area is very quiet; during the high season you might hear the entertainment coming from the neighboring villages.
The villa is independent and all rooms are private and exclusive.
The sandy beach is only 150 meters from the villa and can be reached on foot. About 250 meters from the house there is the small and characteristic village of Santa Maria, where you will find a small square with a small church and two restaurants where you can eat fresh fish. Tropea is 10 minutes away by car. Villa Giulia is ideal for small groups of friends, couples and families looking for a villa with private pool, close to the sea and with a breathtaking view.The price includes: gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, wi-fi, air conditioning, clean linen after one week.


The price does not include the following extras to be paid at check-in in cash (if applicable):

- Final cleaning €180 (mandatory)
- Tourist tax (mandatory) €1 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over)

- Extra late check-in, €30 from 7pm to 10pm, €60 from 10pm to midnight (mandatory if applicable)
