Appartement bien situé. Logeuse didponible et à l'écoute. Seul bémol quelques nuisances le soir dues au terrain de boules en bas de l'immeuble et au café en face

Très bien situé, accueil excellent, accès réservé aux personnes mobiles

Quartier très bien situé pour l accès au CV, commerces immediats variés et de qualité , Accueil excellent à tous niveaux, Peut être mieux préciser dans l annonce qu'un 3em étage dans un vieil immeuble peut être un peu rude d accès 🙃. Les Sauvage Fournier 2021, enchantés de leur séjour.

Appartement proche de la place du vieux marché, en centre ville avec 2 belles chambres. Tout équipé (matériel : cafetière, Nespresso, four, bouilloire, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine) et avec mise à disposition des draps (lits faits à l'arrivée), torchons et serviettes de toilette. Attention, accessibilité par escalier étroit en colimaçon - 3ème étage Vraiment très bien

Excellent séjour familial

Bonjour Nous avons séjournez dans l'apt avec nos 2 enfants le temps d'un week-end, juste top ! Apt hyper bien situé, nickel, juste à poser la voiture et tout a pied, il ne vous reste plus qu'à profitez . La personne qui nous a accueilli est adorable et très accueillante Un grand merci de nous avoir permis de nous poser le temps d'un week-end, à refaire, nous reviendrons . A.Henri

Excellent location

The unit was roomy enough for 4 adults. Be prepared to use a spiral staircase up to the top floor if your luggage is large. Parking may be a challenge as the spots on the street may be full and you will have to find a parkade. We were met promptly at the unit and they were most helpful. The unit had all we needed for cooking except for an oven. Good value for the money.

Correct mais sans plus

Madame Lagorce était disponible et gentille. L'appartement est bien situé par rapport au Vieux Rouen et aux stationnements adjacents. L'escalier menant au troisième étage est très étroit. La vie nocturne au niveau de la rue était très active et bruyante les deux premières nuits, jusqu'à ce que les gendarmes interviennent... Il semblait y avoir des rendez-vous de faunes nocturnes plutôt affectées par l'alcool et autres substances... Pour le reste, l'appartement aurait gagné à être plus propre et légèrement rénové. Et les codes du WiFi ne fonctionnaient pas, malgré les instructions.

Ottimo appartamento in centro a Ruen

Siamo stati in questo appartamento 3 notti in luglio, in quattro in totale con due bambine. L'appartamento è comodo in una ottima posizione, tranquillo, piccolo ma confortevole e c'è tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per tre giorni. Il rapporto qualità prezzo per me è ottimo.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé, proche du centre, des transports, des commerces. Le linge de maison entièrement fourni. L'accueil est très agréable. Bref, un très bon rapport qualité prix.
