The independent kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, invites you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the dining area or outdoors, on the balcony with sea views.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, perfect for a restful rest. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom, equally modern and functional, serves the rest of the accommodation. The decoration combines neutral tones with touches of colour for an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
Located just 50 meters from Huelin Beach and very close to bus stops that easily connect with the city centre and other points of interest, this flat is ideal for those looking to enjoy the sea and the city. You will also have supermarkets, restaurants and the vibrant Seafront Promenade within reach, where you can walk and enjoy the local atmosphere. The famous Larios Street is just 2 km away, offering you access to shops, leisure and culture.
