This High End property, our primary home, is located at the base of Tussey Mountain, across the street from Mountain View Country Club

The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Non Smoking custom home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy a weekend in Happy Valley, Penn State. The house has an open floor plan with eat-in kitchen and large living area. Off-street parking for 4, washer/dryer, A/C, Cable, wireless internet, all linens and many comforts of home included. Kitchen completely furnished as well. Bath towels, hair dryers, frig, range, toaster, etc. all provided

All rentals require NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of rental rate at time of booking and signing of rental agreement. Balance and REFUNDABLE security deposit of $1050 required fourteen days prior to stay. Rates do not include Centre County or Pennsylvania sales tax or VRBO/Homeaway website service charges. Check-in time is 5:00pm on Friday. Check-out time is 12:00pm on Sunday.

Football weekend.

We loved this property! High ceilings, great layout and all updated. Great location, short drive to Beaver Stadium and beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Great graduation getaway

Beautiful and spotless eco friendly home was the perfect setting for Penn State graduation. Owners included personal touches that made the weekend special. Convenient location and less than 10 miles to campus. Plenty of room to spread out and relax or entertain. Would absolutely stay there again.

Super clean, beautiful, spacious, convenient to downtown State College and to Beaver Stadium.

We loved this house. Highly recommend it. Was there for a Penn State football game. Location is ideal to downtown State College and to the stadium. A great overall experience.

Owner super nice and property was exactly as described in the listing.

In town for PSU graduation and this home was perfect spot. Easy ride or Uber to campus. Single floor layout made it easy for the older folks in our party to get around. Owners are very nice and thoughtful. Even called proactively before we arrive to see if we had any questions. Would recommend this listing with two thumbs up.
