This High End property, our primary home, is located at the base of Tussey Mountain, across the street from Mountain View Country Club

The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Non Smoking custom home is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy a weekend in Happy Valley, Penn State. The house has an open floor plan with eat-in kitchen and large living area. Off-street parking for 4, washer/dryer, A/C, Cable, wireless internet, all linens and many comforts of home included. Kitchen completely furnished as well. Bath towels, hair dryers, frig, range, toaster, etc. all provided
All rentals require NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of rental rate at time of booking and signing of rental agreement. Balance and REFUNDABLE security deposit of $1050 required fourteen days prior to stay. Rates do not include Centre County or Pennsylvania sales tax or VRBO/Homeaway website service charges. Check-in time is 5:00pm on Friday. Check-out time is 12:00pm on Sunday.
