Agree with the listing's description - great PSU home! Newer home in beautiful neighborhood, spacious all around, well appointed, comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms, great kitchen/dining area, beautiful outdoor patio area (with running rock waterfall!). Loved the proximity to Rt. 322 for stadium access and Atherton St. (business 322 as alternate way to downtown). Owners were responsive and courteous. Was a perfect Penn State football weekend with our friends!

Graduation 2025!

Our family had a wonderful graduation celebration in this beautiful and spacious home. The owners made us feel welcome and were easy to work with. I highly recommend this property! Great location!

Great stay

We had a great stay, a group of friends visiting for the penn state football game. Host was easy to communicate with and the house was very clean, just as pictured. Would definitely come back. Great location - easy to get to downtown state college.

Beautiful Home / Great stay

Stayed with family and friends for the weekend NGreat location minutes from Beaver Stadium State College. Check in was simple, great communication with the owner Caleb. The place was immaculate and had plenty of room to spread out. Look forward to our return next year !

Perfect home!

The house was immaculate! We had a group of varied ages and all were pleased especially our younger ones with the bunk room. Ample room for all to gather. Short distance to PSU for the football game. Owners are gracious and responsive. Will stay here again!

Wonderful home for a PSU game

We had a wonderful stay and will hopefully come back yearly! Their home is perfectly clean. It is a great location, about 10 min away from the stadium and downtown state college. It was very spacious and a great property. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect home for PSU stay

Home was perfectly clean upon arrival and more than accommodating for our stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. Ample space to relax inside and out, a great backyard to run around and play, and modern living accommodations for comfortable sleeping after a PSU game. We’ll be back!

PSU White Out Heaven

My son (a PSU Law School Graduate) and his wife wanted to go back for a White out game with his Mom and Dad. We bought tix etc. and then began the very difficult process to find an above average accommodation. What a find we could not be happier with this house and everything about it. Super clean and very well (5 star) appointed property. My eldest came in from Philly and we all could not have been happier. The owners were super attentive and responded to all emails within minutes. Simply awesome!! We will be back.

Stayed For Penn State Game

We had a great stay at the house. However, we did have a challenging experience with the owner, Cale. He was understandably upset about our late checkout, but we genuinely believed it was an 11 AM checkout time. We had arranged for our driver to arrive at 10:30 AM, and when Cale approached us, he was quite aggressive and did not introduce himself. Instead, he immediately demanded that we leave. It would have been helpful if he had sent a reminder about the checkout time, as we were not intentionally late. A more respectful approach would have made a big difference. Additionally, Cale claimed that we had "broken" a bed and couch, which was not the case. We took very good care of the house, cleaned up all our mess, and even separated the trash to place in the garage. We had purchased insurance for our stay, and it felt like he was taking advantage of that situation and upset that he choose to rent out his house when he clearly didn't want to be renting his house to anyone. We also went above and beyond with cleaning all trash in the house. Placed everything in trash bags and placed all trash bags and boxes neatly in the garage. We even went above and beyond by cleaning the sheets due to our friend getting food poisoning the night before and was in bed all day. Overall, while the house itself was lovely, the interaction with the owner left us feeling extremely disappointed. Rented out a house during biggest game of the year and we took great care of it.

Simply put, there was vomit, trash, and alcohol everywhere…..absolutely disgusting. We have been renting our home through VRBO and Airbnb for over 10 years and have never have had something this bad. Our home is not a fraternity house but unfortunately Brett treated it as such. I have several images to support our claim. My interaction with Brett was professional and captured on ring camera. I introduced myself to both Brett and his driver. I provided him with an additional 45 minutes to gather his belongings and hungover friends. I have gladly provided early/late check out times to guests upon request in the past without issue. My reviews speak for themselves…I would never rent to these individuals again.
