Great Stay!

Three generations visited State College for the football game and stayed at the Happy Valley Townhome. Mary Ann was very accessible; the house was very clean and amenitized. Location is great (about 2 miles from campus) and near the Waffle House :) Hope to be back.

Great place to stay!

We had a great experience staying here! The house was very clean & comfortable. The house was fully stocked from linens, towels, &blankets to a fully stocked kitchen to a great little backyard with a fire pit, corn hole & even a pong table!! Mary Ann was very responsive & easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place!

Great hidden gem

Three couples stayed here for Arts Fest 2024. Place is very comfortable, well stocked with utensils , pans, linens, etc. Location is off the beaten path but actually only 10 minutes or less drive to town. Perfect for parking at West Deck (for Arts Fest) and for traveling out Park Ave to the stadium / Creamery / airport / Art Museum. Will definitely try to rent again for our next PSU Trip.

Why they chose this property

Great location for our large family and group of friends to gather and have plenty of space. We love to use our property throughout the year for golf weekends, where we can practically walk onto the Penn State golf courses and especially football tailgates.

What makes this property unique

We love that you can just pull up in front of the house and all guests have space to park. The outdoor courtyard gets great use for grilling and using the firepit.
