We are a family of Penn State Alumni who like to use and share our property with others who want to experience State College like we have for many years.
Why they chose this property
Great location for our large family and group of friends to gather and have plenty of space. We love to use our property throughout the year for golf weekends, where we can practically walk onto the Penn State golf courses and especially football tailgates.
What makes this property unique
We love that you can just pull up in front of the house and all guests have space to park. The outdoor courtyard gets great use for grilling and using the firepit.
